Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Startup Atlas (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”), available at startupatlas.online. By using Atlas or submitting a startup, you agree to these Terms. This page is written in English and is the authoritative version.

Age of use (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the submission features of Atlas. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Atlas is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

What Atlas is — and is not

Atlas is a discovery and intelligence tool. It generates AI-written investment memos and maintains an opt-in public directory of startups. Atlas does not move money, broker investments, provide financial, legal, or investment advice, or facilitate any regulated activity. It does not verify investor accreditation and does not write or place capital. Memos are informational, are generated by an AI model, may contain errors, and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. Independent verification is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing information, or impersonate any person or company;
• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or violates the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass the age confirmation, rate limits, email verification, or other safeguards;
• scrape, overload, probe, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure; or
• use Atlas for any illegal or regulated financial activity.

Content and moderation

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. We may review, moderate, withhold from the public directory, edit for the directory, or remove any submission at our discretion, including submissions we believe are low-quality, abusive, in violation of these Terms, or made by a minor. Listing on the public directory is opt-in and not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, generate a memo from, and — where you opt in — publicly display that information for the purpose of operating Atlas. The Atlas name, design, software, and the structure and formatting of generated memos remain our property or that of our licensors.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Atlas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that memos are accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on Atlas or any memo it generates.

Changes and contact
