Problem Analysis
The problem is real and getting realer by the month. Tools like Lovable, v0, Bolt, Cursor, and Replit have created a new class of builder — often solo, often non-technical — who can ship a live app in a weekend and get real traffic from Twitter/ProductHunt/Reddit. They face the same PMF-hunting problem seasoned founders face, but without the analytics vocabulary, budget, or willingness to instrument events manually. Mixpanel, Amplitude, and even PostHog assume you know what events to track; that assumption breaks for someone whose app was itself generated by an LLM.
The specific insight — that recordings pile up unwatched and the cross-session pattern is what actually matters — is sharp. Hotjar and FullStory have had this problem for a decade; watching 47 sessions is a chore even for trained PMs. AI synthesis across sessions is a genuinely differentiated angle, not a feature bolt-on. That said, the pain is acute but the willingness to pay is unproven: this cohort is famously cheap, project-hops constantly, and often abandons builds before ever needing analytics.
